eras.lol ("the Site", "we", "our", "us") is a personality and astrology web quiz that returns one of 30 hand-written "cosmic eras" based on your birth date and quiz answers. We also offer two optional one-time digital purchases: an Extended Forecast ($1.99) and a Cosmic Calendar ($4.99). These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to all visitors and customers ("you", "your") of eras.lol.

Our content is generated from hand-written templates plus deterministic logic based on your inputs. Treat it as creative writing, not as professional advice. Decisions about your health, relationships, career, finances, or any consequential matter should be made with input from qualified professionals.

Optional purchases on the Site (Extended Forecast, Cosmic Calendar) are processed by a third-party payment provider (currently Paddle). Paddle acts as Merchant of Record and handles billing, sales tax, VAT, and refunds.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, where eras.lol is operated. Where you are a consumer resident in the UK or EU, you retain the protection of your local mandatory consumer protection laws regardless of this clause.
If we cannot resolve a dispute through ordinary correspondence, the dispute shall be referred to the competent courts in your country of residence (for consumer disputes) or to the courts of Ukraine (for non-consumer disputes).
